Our application process is straightforward and completely transparent with six easy steps to success. Each step has been carefully designed to help us get to know each other a little better, slowing introducing you to key areas of the business.
Step 1: First chat
Usually conducted online, this is a chance to casually talk through our franchise model, opportunities and ask each other questions.
Step 2: Financial Planning Guide and Operational Questionnaire
After an initial chat, we’ll share a detailed document for you to complete, giving you a greater understanding of the financial and skill investments requirements to become a Sushi Sushi franchisee.
Step 3: An in-person interview with our Director of Operations
At this point we offer you the opportunity to spend time with the head of our Operations team so you can dig into the day to day workings of a Sushi Sushi store and understand the expectations from you as a franchisee.
Step 4: Disclosure Document review
By now we’re in serious talks (very exciting!). We will provide you with a franchise agreement template for you to review.
Step 5: Store experience day
Here’s where you will head into one of our stores for hands-on experience. Our training team will host you for hands-on experience across the business.
Step 6: Financial review and reference checks
The final stage to understanding of what success looks like in our network is a detailed financial review and a reference check before we give you the keys!
After completing these six steps we’re ready to hand over the keys and start our journey to your success together!
